My new soul bag
Material quality is really good, feels durable. Space is adequate, not too much, not too little. Zippers are smooth. Padding on straps are good. For waterproofing, it's better to buy a raincover which I will do very soon. Black color looks way better in real life than in the photos. Price is something I was skeptical about, but quality lives up to it. Definitely the most expensive backpack I ever got for myself. Lets see how it holds up to the daily use and abuse.

Pockets are designed well, luggage pass through is good, and bottle holder is properly deep. This is the 5th bag I have used in the last 3 years since I had to retire a very old and wore out Samsonite softside briefcase, that was perfect. This is the first that I have been satisfied with. I tested out my Son's Swiss Gear, used an HP backpack, purchased a new Osprey, and used a newer Samsonite softside briefcase. I was not happy until I tried this Ogio. The small heavy stuff is easier to find and not lost at the bottom of deep pockets. The luggage pass through is the best I have ever used: the bottom part is wide enough, tight and secure while being easy to pull off my roll on bag. Perfect for airline travel. I prefer to put the bag on my carry on roller bag than to use it exclusively on my back. I like the option to use as a backpack, so is a nice upgrade from the ol' briefcase with shoulder strap. The top handle is also perfectly designed to wrap onto the very top of my roll on luggage handle for added (but not needed) security to hold unto the backpack. (This is a perfect fit for my current bag.) This also just fits my 17" (diagonal) laptop. The only thing missing is an easy place to slip my receipts in, but that is becoming an outdated necessity, so I will get over that. This is a winner. This backpack stores enough stuff - the right balance between too small and too large. This is more briefcase than overnight bag.

Plenty of pockets, segmented organization, heavy duty shoulder straps and even though I don't use it the chest strap is perfectly positioned. I travel many miles a year for work, and I need to be ready for pretty much any OSI physical layer issues. This bag holds more cabling and tools - conveniently and securely - than any other I've used. Love it. Only thing I would change if I had to would be a double zipper on the computer section like all the rest with the two exceptions of the hard pocket that's great for glasses, etc., and the small accordion pocket that's perfect for security badges and small items. Ogio, now I see why you've got such a reputation for quality.

Was in the market for a new backpack with specifics: - large water bottle compartment - multiple smaller compartments for cable/accessory organization - space to fit two laptops at any given time (personal & work when traveling) - space for a camera cube - luggage pass through - can stand on its own This backpack checked all the boxes and beyond. It’s not as bulky as it’s bigger counterpart.

This thing has a lot of storage. The pockets are very convenient. It’s been about a month and I’m really happy with this purchase so far.
