No way there was 120 snails in that bag!
There is no way that was 120 snails. I should have taken a pic but I was going to chalk it up to experience and let it slide. The more I thought about it though......

Only 20 snails versus 60
Shorted roughly 40 snails. Did take a picture of sealed bag and lay out on paper towel with photos. I did not follow their policy my fault..Buyer beware and check the return policy.
