Math Letters Junior: Not your typical middle school math(s) book Paperback – May 1, 2023

I love this book! It's so well-written and accessible that if you or your kid have any interest in math or numbers at all, you will really love it too. I subscribed to the author's TikTok channel where he shows a lot of the games and tricks that are included here, but this is great for when you want to dive a bit deeper into some of them. Really awesome book here!

Really cool book. I bought this book for my niece who is in 7th grade, and she actually read it. I think it's helped that she's seen some of the Math Letters videos on TikTok.

I really like the little philosophical blurbs highlighting things like the importance of mistakes andthe art of guessing. Highly recommend if you are an educator working with middle school students.

I purchased this workbook based on its outstanding reviews. I went out on a limb because there is absolutely zero information about what is actually covered in this book. There is nothing about the topics, the layout, the usability in a classroom. I teach mainly middle school math and did not find one useful thing in this book AND that would be fine if I were able to make an informed decision about what was actually in the book. Buyer Beware!

The short FaveBook videos are less complex and immediately captivating compared to the topics and presentation in the book. My hope was to generate more interest in math by a 13 and 16 year old. Both have shown interest in math. I have looked at two chapters with them. I have left the book in their hands hoping they will look at it on their own. Unfortunately it was not an immediate hit.

I got this as a gift for a friend’s 12 y/o kid who loves math. It’s been a big hit and her mom says they read it together.

Great book that takes a different approach. The material is accessible to younger students, but I honestly found it quite interestingas an adult.

Night this for my 11 year old who loves math. He hasn’t put it down!!!
