Just like new
Working flawlessly since install. Was pretty easy to install, I replaced my old regular floodlight with this. This is maybe my 3rd refurb ring camera light & I don't have any problems with them.

No human product support and you will waist hours on a warranty claim
Ok here is my review , product functionality it good video quality is good, mine went out at 11 months and I found the process a bit cumbersome to get a warranty claim . Way too much AI trying to tell me to check power. Finally spoken to a call center and they are sending me a new unit.

Ring ring, it's your security camera calling.
Ring Cams are great. Sure, there's alternatives on the market, and maybe if I hadn't got into Ring before they existed, I might choose those instead. But these cam/flood light combos are excellent. Very flexible on how the lighting behaves, and it has all the features you'd expect from Ring Pro gear, like the bird's eye view that shows you the path that a person was walking, even if they are hard to see on the picture. I have several of these. This one was a refurb. Can't notice a difference between it and the full priced version.

Works great to save money and protect your property
Okay so I usually buy new Ring cameras so I can honestly compare these to them and the difference is like non-existent. It arrived well packaged, had all the protective film and all that jaz. It works to get these to save a few bucks. Worst case scenario you have issues and you send it back to Amazon

Dissappointing
Bought this a little over A year ago and about 6-8 months ago I started having problems. Bought this "cam wired pro" to replace my really old ring camera that was outdated and because the LEDs quite working.1-Keeps losing connection and going offline. (not because of the distance to the wifi as I never had this problem at all with my older one). Not to mention other cameras that I have that are further away than this one.2-When the lights do come on they're very sporadic. Meaning they flicker on and off occasionally, sometimes full brightness and other times very dim. Then sometimes they just stay on 24/7.If you're buying this to upgrade - I would steer clear of it. Just bought another one to replace it and going back to the older version as my other one lasted for years and years.6/25/25 - Ring has reached out to me and is working with a fix. Will update after everything gets settled.
