This is a great item. Much better value than the more expensive brand.

I’ve purchased two with different colors. I enjoy it much. They are easy to use and to be cleaned. Each item goes with two mouthpieces, they are soft and no funny smell. Each item comes with a little adorable white color hard case for protection and very easy to take it anywhere if you need to.

I used to use these with patients. I have purchased around 20. If the device works it is absolutely great. But around 6 out of 20 stopped working. It's like the device is plugged and you can't breath out, in, and sometimes both. The devices can not be returned. And by the time you realize the device is defective, you wouldn't be able to go through Amazon for a defective product. I am now looking at other devices.

It was great for a while, but it stopped working despite regular cleaning and care. Of course, it stopped well too late to return or get support. But then why not spend a bit more money one something that will keep working? This is what I will be doing. You pay for something cheap, you get something cheap.

Works as advertised. You can adjust breathing resistance inhaling and exhaling. I keep mine on the least resistance and it seems to do what I expected. I feel I experienced a difference in breathing in a very short time. I’ve had a positive experience with this product. Cleaning is as expected.

Unable to clean the main part of device. Will not disassemble. The one way valves clog after awhile due to this.

I had recently quit smoking 6 months ago and took up saxophone. I wanted to use this to help build up my breathing capacity and it does seem to help. It is a bit of a workout but I can now hold long notes over 15 seconds and still improving.
