Works as advertised. You can adjust breathing resistance inhaling and exhaling. I keep mine on the least resistance and it seems to do what I expected. I feel I experienced a difference in breathing in a very short time. I’ve had a positive experience with this product. Cleaning is as expected.

I have COPD and this breathing device helps a lot to increase my oxygen levels and to make breathing easier when i am having difficulty. Not a cure but in my case it helps a lot.

This is a terrific manual respiratory muscular trainer, but the dials are a little sticky which make it difficult to adjust the resistance. I have bought several others, so I think this could be a “one off”.

This is a great item. Much better value than the more expensive brand.

It was great for a while, but it stopped working despite regular cleaning and care. Of course, it stopped well too late to return or get support. But then why not spend a bit more money one something that will keep working? This is what I will be doing. You pay for something cheap, you get something cheap.

This is for use as a "breather" type device for someone who is wheelchair bound. We love that it fits easily into the mouth, is easy to adjust and comes apart to clean. This product also comes with a case which is great for making sure it stays clean throughout the day.

I bought 4 sets for our sports athletes and 2 of them Stopped working within 5 usages. The inhale is blocked, so that all the settings are not functioning. It is very disappointing to use a brand new machine and to have this result on multiple devices almost immediately.

I have been using this product for about a year and wanted to leave a review, especially regarding a concern some users mentioned in lower-rated reviews. First, the device does exactly what it’s supposed to. I’ve used it regularly for the past year, and it works as described, providing the experience you would expect. Regarding reviews that mention it “breaks” or is “easily broken,” I think I understand what’s happening. The device has dials on each side to adjust the difficulty, with small triangles indicating where to line up the desired setting. However, the device is made of molded plastic, and the seam where the plastic joins happens to be right near the triangles. Some users may mistake the seam for the setting position and push past it, which can break the device. If you follow the triangles as intended, this shouldn’t happen.

I did not received this Item at the time of delivery because my neighbour took it from my door due to people steels item left without notification and I was not home for a few days and he went for a week on holiday and he gave it to me almost 2 weeks later…and after trying it for a few days I did not like it..so I would like to return it ..it’s no good for me..so Please accept the return due to my situation..

The exhalation valve sticks shut causing pressure build up around the mouthpiece. You get wetness coming out as you try to get the valve to open. The device has fallen into disuse
