On the plus side, the product works and is relatively easy to fit. It comes with the necessary parts to fit it no problem.However, (and this is an important negative for this product) upon removal of the original Samsung battery the replacement battery is noticeably thinner (about 5mm thinner). That physical characteristic put me on notice that all might not be as it seems. That suspicion was later proven to be correct. This battery is not 5,000 mAh by a very long way. It is in fact sub 4,000 mAh. Being generous on the results, my new battery was a little over 3,700 mAh on testing (a friend of mine has the ability to test battery capacity and did this for me).Whilst the battery works, it is clearly not as described and as a consequence it will not hold charge as long as your original battery did when new. My old and heavily used battery was not lasting very long so I replaced it with this. This battery, whilst it lasts longer than the old battery, does not last anything like a 5,000mAH battery should. I am not going to return it as my postion is better than it was before the replacement and this is, after all, a cheap replacement.I will buy original OEM batteries in the future. I would not buy this product from this vendor again. Having said that it is a reasonable and cheap solution if your current battery has had it and you want an improvement. Just do not expect the battery to be like a new OEM battery. It is not anything like that despite how it is advertised. I would add that, if your business is selling batteries, you should describe what you are selling properly. The vendor simply must know they are mis-describing this product but continue to mis-describe it anyway. Looking at other reviews, it is clear that many others have caught onto this and given their opinion. I will leave it at that.

Good battery and fitting kit although instructions are a bit hit and miss but watched YouTube alot easier to follow, battery good but still needs charging if use mobile in day, pity didn't get bigger ahr battery but for the price

The old battery no longer held a charge, so I decided to replace it. Better than the old one, but it seems to me that it discharges quite quickly (the original lasted longer), but it suits me.

This is one of the only negative reviews Ive left on Amazon.Two major letdowns-1. Battery does not fit as stated.2. I have to return the item from UK to Germany at my own cost. If they are selling in UK they can easily have had it shipped back to UK Amazon warehouse. This and the point that it's almost impossible to find a carrier to ship a battery from UK to EU clearly points to the fact that they are putting off us returning which is not the way to sell on Amazon.Stay away!

Direct replace & longer battery life , very happy with purchase.

This is great battery, I have purchased a few and found that the others would not hold power or end up bowing. This has been absolutely perfect, the battery lasts all day with good usage.
