I have enjoyed using Prolon products for some time. Whether it was their detox products or other products, they work and taste great. This was my first time trying this product and first, I was very impressed with the flavor. It was rich and also mixed well. Second, this product is supposed to be something you can use while fasting and it does what it says, it really does make you feel full as you are trying to watch what you are eating, plus the ingredients are solid and not filled with a ton of things I have never heard of. It also was easy to make and something you can take on the go without any issue. All-in-all I am impressed and will keep coming back for more!

I really love the idea of a fasting shake. Honestly I was so skeptical of this brand! I didn’t understand how eating/drinking something with calories could be considered fasting, so it's amazing learning the science behind this and how I can manage my hunger in times when it’s the hardest to yet still not break my fast and receive all the health benefits. Taste wise is pretty good! I like how it’s a bit thick so it’s more filling. I guess it would be more helpful for the packaging and instructions to explain how the science works since I had to dig into that myself. Also the pouches are a bit hard to pour from side it's a wide pouch. I ended up spilling some powder. Lastly, it would specifying if you’re suppose to use cold or hot water to dissolve. I used hot and hope that doesn't affect the ingredients!

The vanilla taste gross they would not let me return it. I have not tried the chocolate yet but I would not recommend it especially for the price. Especially since Ithey won't let you return it, if you don't like it 😜

It tastes ok. It is suppose to feed you and not break a fast. I’m not sure how it can do that but that’s the concept. This is my second order. I’m not sure if I will reorder but who knows

I have been a fan of Prolon for years so when I saw they launched this product, I knew I needed to try it. The chocolate flavor is rich and satisfying, making it a real treat during fasting. Plus, it keeps me feeling full, which is a huge win. As a working mom, my mornings are hectic and I need something I can quickly whip up and drink on the go (or while chasing my kids around the house). This shake checks those boxes for me, and does so while keeping me in a fasting state. It’s a win all around.

Bought the variety bars and chocolate shake mix. Bars are okay, but in my opinion they have too many grams of sugar. I prefer the Kind bars that have same amount of sugar and protein (which is only 6 grams). Shake mix is not good with water and alittle better with nut milks. I have done 30 day water fasts and lost a pound a day. Doing this for a week resulted in no weight loss. I will stick to total fasting, it works better. Disappointed with the amount of sugar in this product, especially how plant based doctors push no sugar.

I tried the chocolate Prolon Fasting Shake, and I really like that I can extend my intermittent fasting and fat burning in the morning, and still have a satiating shake. They’re super easy to prepare by mixing with water, and taste good. The bag comes with individual packets, so it’s great to grab and bring to work or while traveling. I’m a fan of vegan shakes with natural ingredients I’ve heard of, and these provide just that.

The Chocolate ProLon Fasting Shake is actually pretty awesome! To be honest, I wasn't exactly thrilled about trying it at first, but I was curious about the fasting benefits. It totally surprised me—it's rich, creamy, and super chocolatey. What I really love is how convenient it is to just grab a pack when I’m rushing out the door, so I always have it ready if I need a quick fix. It’s filling and keeps me going until my next meal. Sometimes, I even mix it up like a regular shake with some fruits and veggies. Trust me, you won't be disappointed with this one.
