These taste pretty good and are full of good stuff. I got them to use after a recent surgery to help recuperate because they are full of vitamin C and Zinc which are especially helpful for wound healing and immunity in general.My mom tried them and did not care for the flavor. I don't hate the flavor, and my son asks for them so he must think they're good too. They call it Citrus but it's kind of a tropical, can't quite put my finger on what that flavor is but it's not a boring lemon or orange, and it's not anything wacky either.These are the only hydration packs I found that are made with actual sugar. It does have Stevia also, so there is a slight aftertaste but it is not bothersome to me like the other fake sugars which I absolutely cannot stand and will not drink. And it is not very salty like some of the other hydration packs are.All in all I would definitely buy these again.

I like that there's no dye in this one (not sure about any of the other flavors), but it's very salty. I don't usually notice that in other electrolyte brands even when other people do, but there's something about this where I get a flavor profile of SALT!...fruit punch.It's not my favorite because of that, and I let my family try them who did say there was a little bit of a weird flavor going on. You might like them better but be aware of the salt flavor.

Helps when using reverse osmosis water, since that water is stripped of the minerals ,with the process. The only thing we don’t like is the added sweetener, cause it has an aftertaste.

I love Liquid Labs and drink several a day in water or in Diet Mountain Dew. I love the Fruit Punch flavor. It immediately makes me feel better and gives me energy that I didn’t have before. The rapid hydration, increased energy, and focus is real y’all. I have never found a powder that I could dissolve in liquid that actually works!! I order 4 boxes every 2 weeks because my husband loves it too!! He’s a diabetic and has to stay hydrated. We both start our day with 3 Liquid Labs in 3-16 oz bottles of water. We can definitely tell a difference when we don’t have our Liquid Lab.I feel that it is an economical way to stay hydrated. There are 20 in a box, so 4 boxes gives us 80 every 2 weeks. Our next delivery is in 2 days and I am like a child at Christmas!! I can’t wait!!

This item smelled and tasted horrible. I ended up throwing the entire box away -1, because it was so bad and they would not accept a return. Stay away awful.

This flavor was too sweet and not realy a fan of the flavor so i only add have a package to my water. Might not get the best results.

I know that a lot of reviewers found the taste of this product “horrible,” so I was a little reluctant to buy it. However, based on the price and list of contents (Supplemental Facts), I decided to give it a try, and purchased the Liquid Labs “Beauty”, Tropical Berry Flavor.I shopped at least 8-10 different brands before I decided on this one, and found two main things.: First, most of the other brands were much more expensive; Second, most importantly none of them contained a wide variety of electrolytes and other vitamins and minerals. In fact, some only had sodium and chlorine, and maybe vitamin C.Liquid Labs, however, contains not only those three but also contains a very important electrolyte: potassium.It also has calcium magnesium, zinc, vitamin E, biotin, selenium, and 100 mg of niacin (B3). My guess is that the niacin is the ingredient responsible for the underlying taste that many reviewers thought was totally horrible, undrinkable, etc., but I was pleasantly surprised.` It does have a little bit of a vitamin aftertaste; but in my opinion, it’s not bad at all, and very easy to drink. Also it is more than made up for by all the great vitamins and minerals contained in this product. Other brands probably do taste better, but don’t contain the niacin.In sum, I found that most of the other brands don’t have nearly as many nutrients, and cost quite a bit more. I would not hesitate to buy this product again.

This product gave me energy when I needed it. I will repurchase.
