I was apprehensive when I initially read the packaging, but tried a small packet I snagged from the grocery on a whim. They're an awesome product that helps me chill out when stuff is a little too much.

Not sure if they make a huge difference but they taste delicious

These are easy and quick to chew. They do not get stick in my teeth like some gummy chews. These are more like soft Starburst. They take the "worry/busy mind" edge off with a subtle, but non-sedating calm. I ran out and im here again, reordering several containers :) Great for hormonal anxiety too.

Ya'll I have WILD KIDS. W I L D. Whenever I see something that has "calming" on it, I immediately get it because I am desperate mamma over here. DESPERATE. I do like how this product has worked. It certainly doesn't turn my kids into zombies, but more so allows their brain to focus and do what it needs to do. My kids do not like the taste and so we do not take them very often. I have used them myself when I have struggled with anxiety or over stimulation. I don't mind the taste. Overall it is a good product, but because my kids do not like the taste, I don't know that I would buy it again.

I have a terrible time sleeping so when I saw these I thought I'd give them a try. I've been sleeping better since I started taking one regularly every night before bed. A couple of the ingredients are supplements I'm supposed to be taking anyway, so the chews make it easier for me. They taste great, are easy to swallow since you chew them up, and they work great, at least for me.

Works Great even better than expected

I decided to try these on a whim because I had run out of l-theanine pills. Of course, these are tasty because they contain sugar. I regularly use a sugar-free chewable or a pill and I will consume these on occasion. They seem to do what they claim to do, but I am critical of the sugar content and they are pretty expensive. I first purchased a smaller pack in store and decided to size up. I did find an open one in the larger size, which is disappointing because, again, these are expensive. That said, they are not offensively sweet and the texture is unlike the popular/trendy gummy candy supplements. If anything, for me, they are good to have on hand. I have the large container at home and a small pack in my office just in case I forget my supplement pill case at home.
