Best in lamp mode , torch mode not that great but still a pretty good torch.

We were initially very pleased with this product it seemed sturdy and bright. However after just 3 months and hardly any use the on/off button no longer works. We have now returned the product and received a refund. Thank you Amazon

Have just returned this lamp as the ratchet mechanism for swivelling the lamp failed after about 1 month. I see someone else has reported similar - along with a short video.Also I purchased one a couple of years ago and suddenly the on/off switch refuses to work. OK its 2 years and I don't expect any replacement but maybe this is actually another fault as, again, I have seem someone else report the same problem.I'm not sure if to buy another one (to replace the 'bad ratchet' one) or to cut my losses. Pity as its a great bright lamp (which is its man purpose after all)

Long battery life and does what it needs, just not as bright as expected, nevertheless is still decent, especially for the price.

I’m afraid this was a poor buy. It’s a great idea but the quality is poor and after 8 months it no longer holds a charge so is pretty useless. The bright lights only really matter if light actually comes out of them!! Save your money.
