I'm enjoying using this supplement, and - unusually for me - it's one that I actually look forward to drinking. That's possibly because it tastes nice, and any reminder to actually use a supplement is a good thing, because it's very easy to order these things and forget about them. You get a virtuous feeling having them in the cupboard, but they're no benefit at all unless you actually take them every day. I do genuinely feel this is helping me, so I'll be ordering more when my tub runs out. I've been taking collagen and joint supplements for a number of years, so I know the benefits. At the moment I'm taking two 8ml measures per day of this, plus a multi collagen capsule from a batch I'm using up. The taste of this liquid is of sweet berry, and the it's very easy to measure out in the free graduated cap that sits on top of the bottle. I fill it a few times with tap water and swoosh it around before drinking to make absolutely sure I don't waste any supplement. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Also yes. It's not like I can buy a new body if I'm careless with this one, and wear it out. Five stars.

Tastes disgusting, but I soldiered through it as I have bad joint pains but after finishing the bottle I feel no better.

As collagen supplements go, this one focuses on joint health, with the inclusion of turmeric as well as types 1,2&3 bovine based collagen. Easy to measure out the daily 25ml dose with the plastic cup provided. It has a pleasant berry flavour but is a little too sweet for my taste. It may be sugar free but it is sweetened with sucralose and Ace-K.

I have been taking collagen in various forms for over 6 months now, but I was very interested to try this drink that has collagen types 1, 2 and 3 as well as other vitamins and minerals that you need to ensure that you keep yourself healthy, in particular your joints. The drink tasted really good to me, and it is easy to measure in the accompanying small plastic measure. I liked the fact that the berry flavour was fruity but not overly sweet as the MSM does tend to add a sharpness to drinks which I like. It is early days to tell if the liquid has improved my joints, but this is enjoyable and definitely worth a try as it tastes good and contains three types of collagen Peptides, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, turmeric and vitamin c which I normally purchase separately, so this is a fair price for the product and much easier to take than a lot of separate supplements.
