If you have bunions these are a must! I thought having foot pain after an hour of standing was normal until I found these!! After the first few days my big toe was a little sore, but it got better with time. Then my foot pain resolved! I wear these nearly all day every day. Since it straightened out my toe I did have to go up a size in my shoes. But that is SO worth it to not have foot pain. They are overall durable. I rinse them off every night and leave them out to dry. I think I change them once every 2-3 months (once they start to break).

Well made; stay put once put on. Slightly tricky to put on bc they are so tight (which is what you want to get them to stay put). Do get dirty easily and not easy to clean. Like the extra thickness to really help when you have large bunions pushing your toes inwards. It’s fairly comfortable once on. I can’t wear it in shoes though—not enough room in my shoes for its addition. Also can’t sleep in it bc I guess my toes swell at night so a few hrs into the night I wake up with a throbbing toe from constricted blood flow. Definitely recommend if you have large bunions. I would purchase again. Totally comfortable to wear barefoot/open toed shoes.

This is honestly the best product for bunions. I have tried just about every other type on the market and this is the only product that actually works. I wear it on the second two as opposed to the big toe because it’s not as tight. You can wear it all day long with it being comfortable and you can’t even tell you have it on. You can also wear it at night. When I first put a new one on I do end up taking it off at night for the first couple days. Not sure what it is about laying in bed but it bothers my toe after an hour or so. I just take it off for those days to prevent it. It’s fine after a couple days. No issues during the day. My bunion is almost gone. I did have to buy another pack but they’re not expensive and well worth the money. I never really paid attention to how many days I use it before putting on a new one but you’ll be able to tell because it’ll start getting loose and won’t stay in place. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with this issue.

So small that they didn’t come close to fitting my big toe. Don’t bother with these unless you’re 8 years old.

Other bunions separators are toooo small & tooo thin and not able to help my bunions. My feet still hurts. These are thick and when I wear these on my toes, my bunions don’t hurt anymore. Best ones ever!!!

I didn't love this spacer because the gel piece is too big, is uncomfortable to wear and creates a space that pushes the smaller four toes too far out of their natural alignment.

Have used this product for two weeks now and decided to write this review. Sizing is accurate, I ordered XL for my male size 12 foot, and they fit perfect. The elastic banding grips my index toe well and keeps the gel pad against my big toe. Even running on the treadmill does not cause the gel pad to move out of place. Gel pad is well attached to the elastic material and shows no sign of separating anytime soon. I even forget I'm wearing the product most of the time. My big toe aches have improved, and fingers crossed this might really be the right solution.

The width of the divider has been a lifesaver for my bunion. Wearing them in my shoes is no problem. But Why did they make the thing that goes over your toe for bizarrely small? They show pics of people putting it on their big toe - there is no way. It will cut circulation off within seconds and turn your toe purple. I have to stretch the thing out by putting it on a highlighter marker for several weeks - then wear on my 2nd toe where it is still uncomfortable for the first few days until it stretches out. I need to wear these even at night and cannot wear a brand new one overnight for the first week, so keep the old one on hand to switch it out. If they could just make that stupid thing a little bigger it would save everyone grief.

it really work, the quality is very good, because of the desgin its will not move in shoes very helpful.

I have a very long big toe. At 3.7 cm, the large ones are not long enough for my toe so that the tip of the toes still touch.

I did not know it had 3 pairs inside it, so yipee. Recommended by my podiatrist and even though I found it expensive at first, but the comfort makes it worth it.
