Lets be honest we are all buying it for the one <SAME> reason. Gain a few inches (vertically!)These are comfy fit in most shoes, but I use them without the 'red' bits on the bottom. Those are bit much to handle.We are guys and cannot handle stilettoes (however you spell it)But just the black part is enough, the difference is felt immidiately (to you)And you can use them all night wihtout having a cramp or needing massage later.For best use, use shoes which have high ankle material, or you feet can slip out. (like boots)and since they are essentially cushions they dont cause kne or ankle pain, the cushion abosrbs the pressure.it is easy to walk in them aswell, with right shoe you shouldnt fall and be able to run,dance,jump etc

Very dissapointed with this insoles. Uncomfortable and it does not increase height the description is not true. I would not recommend it.

Pros: one-block sole makes for comfortable feel. Removable extra height allows quick adjustment.Cons: the thickness of the sole (especially toward the tips) means that you need extra deep/thick-tipped shoes. I would not recommend using these soles with anything but boots at least 2 sizes over your regular your regular size. Even with above-your-size boots, you risk being constricted in you feet when walking.In conclusion, those height increasing soles are fairly well designed but beware of extra thickness it will give your feet.

These seem reasonable quality and with the right shoes appear to work just fine. I think the reviews of these products that are negative because their heel is raised above the rim of the shoe or because they feel uncomfortable are unfair. They're height increasing insoles what do you expect? obviously you need the right shoes. one to two sizes bigger as the wide part of your foot will be sitting higher in the shoe, plus a boot, or shoe with a high ankle. The key is to take the insoles to a shoe shop and try them in different shoes/sizes until you get it just right. Obviously walking takes some adjustment, but so far these have been fine.

overall its great, but when you have size 11 shoes it does not be stable it keeps moving, the cushion heels may be ideal for those with size 9 and below feet, but apart from this its ok.

Bought these to get rid of foot pain, only one pad is needed and is very solid, does take up alot of the shoe but feels fine if laces are loosened. Strong and solid and wont wear down anytime soon. Good product
