I’ve been using the versa grips for a couple months and they’ve allowed me to go heavy with dumbbells when I’m in a gym that doesn’t have barbells and when the trap bar hurts my hands. I’ve only used them for leg exercises so far, but I’m sure they’re useful for arm day as well.These definitely help me get in a good leg day when my hands are feeling sensitive/my grip strength is lacking.

There is so much hype around Versa gripps. They are not magic and they are NOT that amazing. The fact that I can't return them sucks. I was worried about sizing and my fears were correct. The sizing chart is meh but you don't know what part of the wrist to measure.I have found that I prefer these lower on the wrist for lat pull down. Deadlifts closer to the hand. I was on the cusp of a small and medium.Something that sucks is that flaps used for gripping the bar can be pushed away from your hand. Any vertical pulling, the flap moves away from you when the bar comes closer to your palm. So, I need my other hand to push it in. No time change from using regular straps.

I’ve heard & read great things and they do help but sometimes it’s so strategic to get solid secure grip. I’ve been using over 2mo at 4x a day weight training and do still have callouses. For the price, that’s all I’m saying.

Product is everything I've heard about it. Totally worth it.

Super easy to use and really helps maintain grip. The only issues I have is that they dig in to my wrists a bit, and also they aren't as effective for thicker handle dumbells or barbells. Other than that, truly great product.

It takes me forever to put on by myself. I have tiny hands and the xs is still too big for me gripping wise. It’s very uncomfortable on the wrist. People made it seem like you would lift a crazy amount while using this and honestly I feel like I can lift better without depending on the exercise.

They are a great product to help me ensure my grip is solid. Much easier for setups to just wrap my hand. I should have got a smaller size however. I needed an extra small.

The best straps I have used to date. I have been using another brand of standard straps for a while, and sort of gave up with them due to taking so long to set up a deadlift (If you're a powerlifter, you will understand what I mean when I say I set up from the top). A friend recommended these straps, and I'm extremely happy he did. They are extremely grippy, extremely comfy and are the quickest and easiest straps I have ever had the pleasure of setting up a deadlift with.I also use them for accessories such as lat pulldowns etc, and they again are more than suitable and are an excellent choice all round.
