I feel as though the information is the same as other leadership books I've read, just presented with different reference stories. It's a great refresher or a good place to start.

We are in the middle of a re-organisation. The book doesn't present any fundamentally new ideas, but the way the author explains the concepts and his approachable writing style, based on solid research, make the book absolutely worth reading.

The book is easy to read and I bought it after listening to the author on a podcast. But overall, the advice is not really that useful and isn't helping me with coaching my small team (I'm middle management in a very large global corporation.) Much of this book that is practical are things I'm already doing.
