Great cake tin by Nordic ware as always - expensive but well worth the investment. Finally bought after eyeing these up for a long time and don't regret anything other than not having bought them sooner. They have been used three times within the first week of ownership due to popular demand. Ideal for the teacakes in the eponymous Ottoleghi cookbook too.

Superb quality of solid aluminium tray. The cakes look very appealing to the eye. The centre hole can be used for fillings.

Not cheap, but high quality speciality cake pan
I was very pleased with the cake pan which is heavy and well made with a lovely non stick finish. Just what I would have hoped from a Nordic Ware product.
