Easy to Use and GREAT customer service.
We have been using this for about a month and so far it's great! super easy to use and everybody likes their new badges! Easy Badges' customer service is great and will help you find the correct accessories and consumables for your printer.

Turns off after 3 secs
Works fine only for few weeks and with less than 10 prints…then it would automatically shutdown after 5sec of being turned on

Easy to use, excellent quality badge printer, slightly misleading ad - hole punch not included
We needed to print ID badges for work and this printer did the job perfect with ease. Set up was easy, installation was easy and the software was a breeze to use. Print quality is GREAT! My only complaint is that the picture shows a hole punch which is not included. It was not forgotten, which I initially thought, it just does not exist. I called Amazon to inform them that they forgot the hole punch and wondered if they could just send it to me. I was told to ship the entire $1,000 package back to Amazon and order another one. I did that and still received no hole punch. I know that is minor, but when I order something I expect to receive what is pictured. Aside from not receiving the hole punch the device itself is great for the price range! 4 stars instead of 5 for using a picture that misrepresents the items included with the purchase. Picture quality represented with a picture of the back of my badge which has my bulldogs on it.

Update Review
Skyler and Max have been awesome with addressing my concerns and helping me to resolve my issues. I haven’t used the printer yet but I am giving this review because I am very happy with the customer service team. They have been very responsive and helpful with helping me work through my technical difficulties. Definitely will recommend using Easybadges.
