I can say, I enjoyed taking this suppliment. As a user of another B complex, I can tell when my concentration is hungry to focus, and I can tell when the energy is there in me. And I could feel both.I cannot seem to measure a change or noticable lift in spirit. So I can't say I felt the happy part.Overall, I would recommend.

I’ve been taking a vitamin B complex nearly every morning to help with stress and energy since I started school again about 6 months ago, and it has worked wonders. I most definitely notice a difference. I also separately bought some high-dosage Vitamin B12 drops since I wanted to boost my energy levels without consuming so much caffeine and support my overall health. My mom recommended trying a high dosage of vitamin B-6 and B-12, as they are known for their effectiveness, and she has found it helpful. The amount of B12 in your typical B-complex formula is not nearly enough to get the full desired effect with these two. And she was right, it works great for a noticeable energy boost for sure.This complex is excellent. Not only is it on par with the other B vitamin dosage levels, but it also includes the extra high dosages of B-12 and B-6 needed for the desired energy kick. This is great because now I don’t have to buy two separate B vitamins, one for overall stress and body support and one specifically for sustained energy.Before coming across this, I was using a regular B-complex from Costco, and this one is right on par with most of the amounts, except when it comes to B-6 and B-12, this one blows it out of the water. The dosage for B-6 in this formula is 30mg compared to 3mg, and this one has 2000mcg of B-12 compared to 100mcg with the other brand! I would highly recommend these if you are looking for extra high doses of your energy B-12 and B-6 vitamins included with your regular B-complex.** Warning / Disclaimer ** -- It is important to always do your own research when it comes to taking supplements of any kind. They are easy to swallow, smells just like you'd expect of a vitamin. The B complex vitamins will give you a natural perk in energy, not like drinking coffee perky, but enough to help you through the day. No weird side effects from them. Now, there is the pricepoint which is a bit exaggerated in my option. All in all they are fine.

Filled with lots of B12, Biotin and other healthy vitamins!The capsules are easy to swallow and no after taste.The top of the cap has a QR code and website that has healthy and easy recipes.

This bottle of Vitamin B complex capsules report an incredible amount with regards to percentage of daily values it’ll provide. Although it says serving portion is 2 capsules, I stick with just one per day for now. I do have some concerns about absorption as I’ve noticed a brighter colored pee when I take this. I think I’ve read somewhere that that could mean lower body absorption of the vitamins taken. Please take that statement with a grain of salt and do your own research on vitamin absorption. The capsules are larger but swallowing was not an issue, with water.

The good part about this supplement is that you don't have to take the suggested 2 capsule dosage if you need to take less of these amounts. The overall amounts are good but too much of a good thing is exactly that if you're taking other supplements which have the same ingredients. You can just take one capsule.As someone who is mostly plant based, I take more B12 than what is offered here because those who don't eat meat, must have a good supply of B12 in the system. Otherwise, this is a good overall supplement.
