The set up was easy but it probably would not come easy for other people because the parts were not labeled and directions were not so easy to follow. Once I got the sizes corrected I labeled them myself for future reference because some of them were not connecting together making it a little bit frustrating. The frame didn’t seem like it was straight to me as well. In the photo you can see a slight tilt but for the price and the speediness of getting the product was worth it to me. If you put balloons or any decor around it you can easily hide the tilt. I could’ve got a bad batch but I needed it and just ended up keeping it. I will still use it for future parties but I do wish it came with a case cause I just have them sitting in a trash bag. Stability was good but you do have to put either sand bags or bricks to make sure it doesn’t fall if there’s high wind.
