When I bought this system I wasn't expecting much. I was extremely surprised by the quality and ease of use of the control panel. The first thing I noticed was the bus bar at the bottom of the cabinet that makes connecting doors and mag locks very simple. No need to have jumper wires and all that other stuff. This is simply labeled and easy to understand. Takes about 3 minutes per door to install, once the cables are run. I was having an issue with one of my electric strikes and called Tech Support. I received a call back in short order and the tech (John) was great. He explained everything that I needed to fix and went through the software with me. Fixed my issue in no time. For me tech support is very important. If I can't call and talk to someone I'll find another company to deal with. It's like they say in the car business. The sales dept makes the first sale. The service dept makes the second or the last sale.

We recently installed the Visionis Access Control system and we had a small issue configuring the access control cards, but Olga T. at Tech Support was truly AWESOME in getting it resolved for us! We are EXTREMELY satisfied and happy with this product and tech support! I would heartily recommend it! :-D
