Dual card mode is excellent. it works well in the US and Europe.

Its international version and I couldn't activate it by phone or on Internet. I'm a metro pcs customer. But I visited Metro pcs office, and it was easy activated in five minutes. I got it the already 6 months and don't have any problem. It works perfect. I like it very much.

I have a Moto G Stylus 5g (2022) 256gb that has been a good phone. I bought it because of the expandable memory and at the time, it rated better than Samsung's option. I loved my Samsung S10E that I had previously because of the UI and camera. I was looking to purchase the A54 in the US because of the better camera, UI and the expandable memory but the US version only comes in a 128gb version. I took a chance on the international version after reaching out to my carrier (Visible) and they said it would work. Initially it did not. I went through the setup process then installed my SIM card from my Moto. It connected long enough for me to make a call but the other person could not hear me. It would not connect to 4g/LTE/5g so I reset the phone, put it back in the box and was planning to send it back. After doing a little more research, I decided to give it 1 more shot. This time I inserted the SIM card before turning the phone on and starting the setup process. Other than selecting English (US), I skipped any steps in the setup process I could. My carrier showed on the screen to be active so I made a 5 minute call to my wife's phone. The phone connected perfectly and the data was enabled. BOOM! I then completed setting up my phone by using Smart Switch and changing some of the settings. The phone works great and has double the memory and 2 more gigs of ram over the US version. The only issue I've noticed is that when I connect to bluetooth in my truck, it does not recognize my phone contacts for incoming or outgoing calls. I plug it into the USB and use android auto now and it works perfect contact info included.I rate this phone 5 stars but I'm giving the seller 4 because I did not receive the "SAMSUNG TA800 25 Watt Super Fast Charging Cube" that the description says it "INCLUDES".
