I loved the product, 100 percent recommended.

Terrible all the way around
Expensive to install. Interface is terrible. Stopped working after less than a year. Took hours to trouble shoot. Hours on the phone and email to get them to replace the lock. Battery drained without warning and I got locked out. $250 locksmith later, they still wanted to offer only a partial refund.

Awesome lock
It works great. Easy to install, but you might have to make a little adjustment where the lock connects to the door frame. Other than that, I enjwking up to my door not having to pull out keys. Just place my finger on the lock and open.

The lock is poor quality
The LOCKLY lock is a pure waste of money it works sometimes the battery runs down quickly I had to replace the lock with in a 3 year period it gave a lock of issues during the time period
