Washed before using and came out fine. Size was big for my 14 in mattress but works as expected. It was thin but a don't want thick. You don't hear it when sleeping. I haven't had long enough to know about durability or protection by seams are sewn well.

I purchased these for the beds in my home after a bug scare. They came quickly and were exactly what I expected. They were easy to put on and they function as intended. One of the sets came with a defect to the part that covers the zipper. I contacted customer service and they were absolutely fantastic! They were kind, helpful, responsive, and resolved the problem promptly! Best customer service experience I've ever had, honestly. 10/10 would recommend this product and the seller!

I like that mattress protector, it fits my queen bed perfectly. It is soft and doesn't make any crunchy sounds. It also seals completely, I had to lay on it to get the air out as i zipped it, which is a good thing. The only thing i don't like is that the zipper on pillow protectors do not have a Velcro flap covering it like the mattress protector does, so they kind of bother me. Otherwise I wouldn't even notice any of the covers. Still giving 5 stars because I definitely feel they all do a good job protecting my mattress and pillows.
