Genius Soft White Toastie 430g

I know it's a strange specification for the size, but if you buy the pre-sliced cheese to use on toast (and happen to be gluten free) then this loaf is the PERFECT size! there's barely any overlap, so the cheese melts almost completely over the middle rather than either spilling or meaning you have to add more (as you do with regular bread) most gluten free bread is either holey (big air bubbles) or falls apart - I don't know what the difference is, but this loaf stays together and doesn't have many real air pockets, so it's great for the name on the loaf... toasting!

Good gluten free bread, fresh and good size. Worth the money

Not my favourite bread. I find genius bread has holes through the middle and this one is no different. It also falls apart and you have to taste it to use it but it falls apart anyway. Taste is fine and so is the softness but I just think that there are better options. It feels expensive to buy when it has worse quality than cheap, supermarket white bread and I feel that they just charge highly because it's gluten free. I don't love Genuis bread products tbh, and this isn't much different.

My favourite So far the best bread I tried

This is the second time I have purchased this product. I find it one of the better gluten free bread substitutes. This time I was a bit disappointed to find that the slices were too small to lift out of a standard toaster easily.

The texture is as bad ad unbaked crumbly shortbread. I feel like I might as well just have a spoonful of rice flower. Good luck keeping even one slice in tact. Also really sweet which is not what I expect from bread.

This is good but wish they were normal sliced sizes like other people get. I suppose must be greatful it's holding apoart
