This little label printer is great. I was pleasantly surprised. Easy set-up and the driver was installed in no time. I use this with Pirate Ship and have had no issues at all. The quality of the print is great and it prints the label in no more than a second! It's very nice and compact so it fits nicely on my desk. The only gripe I have is that Amazon delivered it without any additional box, only in the original box for everyone to see on my porch. There was also no tape on the box. I would have appreciated proper packaging but that's not the seller's fault. I highly recommend this printer.

So the printer itself is great. Not a single issue. However, the app (Label Expert) is the real hidden gem. It can autocrop your imported labels. Also, it remembers rotation settings. I checked out A LOT of the other printer apps and the vast majority of them have you manually pinching the label to fit in the 4x6 square, it’s awful. Some even wanted subscriptions and had other horrible problems. This is the rare app that does all the hard formatting for you. After your first print, it will remember exactly how the label should be for following prints, you don’t have to touch anything. Just import the label, then connect to the printer and let it rip. Don’t need to make an account, the printer always shows up immediately for printing, no annoyances at all. After you mess with it the first time it seriously takes like three clicks once you import the label- it’s easily by far the quickest file to printing pipeline I’ve seen. Actually very impressive and it’s going to save you a lot of grief and time.

This printer works great for printing shipping labels. It’s so nice to be able to print them at home and not have to go to USPS every time I need to ship something. It’s also cheaper to buy and print them at home. Prints super fast and easy. A++

This is my first-day use review. It's so much easier to use than the JADENS label printers. I like that my PC is able to recognize this unit easily when connecting it to my computer. With the former, it took forever and I had to change setup modes each time, which didn't help.I am using this printer to print labels from Mercari. Their labels are a little funky but with some tech-savvy knowledge I was able to figure out how to make the label print properly. I've been using an HP3830 printer for a very long time and the ink usage is definitely no joke with the amount of labels I print every week. Using a thermal label printer is much more efficient and less costly. I hope this printer will last a long time!

This printer helped me save time and money! I used to get 8x11 label sheets (very costly!) to print my shipping labels but with the purchase of this small (but mighty!) thermal printer not only save me time with fast printing, it helped me save money on the label printing. The print quality is excellent and all around it's a great little printer which does its job perfectly. I wish had purchased this long time ago for my needs but I am completely satisfied for what it does for me. If you own a small business and you need an efficient printer for shipping needs, look no further.

Performs well on any home/office desk setup without taking too much space. Price is also good especially if you can snag one while on sale
