Love this hoover. I had a shark which I'd had for about 10 years and felt I needed an upgrade! Henry is great. Powerful suction on the normal mode and the extra one nearly lifts the carpet! Great on hard floor as well. It's slightly heavier than the shark but manageable for me. I ordered the mini tool as well and it's definitely worth it for the stairs and even the car. I like the fact you can add the scent pods as well. it comes with one already so no need to buy straight away if you're not sure. Haven't had to empty it as yet but love the fact it's dust free and I don't have to put my hand in t make sure it's all empty!

Having read the previous reviews we nearly didn't buy Henry, but so glad we did. It is brilliant. We have the corded Henry but wanted a more convenient cleaner for everyday use. This Henry is powerful even on the normal setting, easy to use and most importantly British. It is well made and the battery lasts for several sessions on normal. We would definitely buy again.

This Henry hoover is great for its price tag. Not as good as the corded version tho. Battery lasts long enough to hoover 2 bedroomed house at least twice. There is a turbo button on it and I have to admit it almost lifts the carpet of the floor.

Bought this for our son, he is amazed at the suction and couldn’t believe how clean his house looked. So convenient for those little bits that you can’t quite be bothered to get the big vacuum out for. The attachments are good and functional and the noise level is what you would expect.

Love it. Really easy to use and best part is comes with bags same as the original henry models and so easy to change over. It is a bit top heavy but doesn't affect using it. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and can use it fine. Cheaper than some makes and more expensive than off brand ones but definitely worth the money. Can add a sented pod in the top.

I ordered henry after sending back a cheaper make which didn't even pick up on the boost mode , this henry is amazing , super powerfull , haven't needed boost on this one although I did try it and it nearly sucked up my carpet, in a good way , the suction is amazing , have done whole house and still not needed to charge again , glides well on hard floor and carpet , dust bag is good less messy dust everywhere , haven't smelt the air freshner yet , it is heavier than previous vacuum I had but I can live with that due to the fact it picks up so well , my only gripe would be it doesn't stand up on its own , so if you turn it off briefly you have to wedge it against something to stop it falling , that said all in all I am super pleased with henry and highly recommend , worth the money

Iv always had Henry cleaners and been happy but the Henry stick hoover has been the worse one iv ever had , does not have good suction on carpets and it’s very difficult to handle as it’s quite heavy and clumsy. I wish I hadn’t missed the send back date as it’s only a few weeks and not covered like other products. Very disappointing it’s stuck in a cupboard now not being used and iv reverted back to my old hoover . A lot of money for a pensioner to waste and I would not recommend this to anyone.
