This scale works perfectly. It’s very accurate, easy to set up, and responds quickly when weighing items. The display is clear, the platform is sturdy, and the measurements are consistent every time. Excellent value for the price — highly recommend!

The scale works just as expected. The out-of-the-box calibration was close to perfect, as close as I could measure with my calibration weights. After a week of active use I’m happy.

Original: Whelp, this thing is useless. At first, I couldn't understand why the heck it kept giving me low battery symbol when it was plugged in. So, I went ahead and inserted a NEW battery. The display won't stay on!!! Literally in between pours! When you are in the middle of measuring and taring, it is the DEATH of your recipe for the scale to lose power! The troubleshooting steps asked me to check the voltage or whatever of my battery. Yeah, I'm not doing all of that; this is a new scale, plugged into a NEW outlet that works for EVERYTHING else in my basement and a NEW battery. Passed my return window which is my fault, but def irritated and plan to replace this BF. I've literally only used this thing 9 times since Autumn, grrrr....! 1/23/2026 - There is definitely something to be said about good customer service! The company has reached out to me and offered a solution that pleases me. I'm bumping up my review to 3 stars. I'm happy to review it further once the resolution is final and closed.

This is a great scale! Works easily and, yes, you need to purchase calibration weights separately, but it is worth it! It measures partial grams!!! It stays on until you turn it off. I use it plugged into the wall and it makes measuring out my supplies for lotions a breeze!
