Customer Support helped me install the driver!!
Great receipt printer. I was completely lost on how to install the printer driver, so I went onto Volcora's website and reached out to customer support with screenshots of the issues I was having, and the solution they suggested got it working right away. Super happy with my receipt printer (: It prints and cuts quickly. By the way, you'll need to know that the printer model is V-WRP2-A1, POS-80C, and you can install the driver here: https://volcora.com/pages/support-center Just go to the Receipt Printers tab on the left, and then go to the V-WLRP5-A1 & V-WRP2-A1 Series tab at the top. Download the driver you need based on your OS. You're welcome (

Cannot use with Android
Does not work with Android. Tried setting up with Android tablet and does not function at all. Do not buy if attempting with Android.

No tiene caracteres latinos como acentos, es algo complicado de configurar, creo que para una persona promedio es muy complicado y luego el soporte aunque contesta rápido, lo hace con puras cosas que no solucionan los problemas y eso es muy desesperante, me arriesgue al comprarla y al final no me fue tan bien, mejor vayan a lo seguro

Nunca la pude configurar. Seguro fue falta de conocimiento mio pero nunca logre realizar la conexión - al presentar mi devolución y al mencionar la razón me realizaron un reembolso total (caja registradora e impresora) como agradecimiento y eso me dejo mejor sentir
