HyperX Cloud III BLK/RED GAM HEADSET

Alright, over the years I have experimented with several gaming headsets; but, the HyperX Cloud III? pure beast.Right from the box, it seems opulent. The memory foam headband is really comfortable, the ear cups are rather nice, and the building quality is excellent. The kiss from the chef. During long gaming sessions, I have been wearing this item for hours and it is rather comfortable—no pressure headaches, no ear difficulties, only pure comfort.Let now discuss sound. Regarding the angled 53mm drivers, what else Fantastic clarity. The bass strikes precisely, powerful but not overwhelming; the lows, middle, and highs are all very clear. In FPS games, footsteps? One may find it really easily. Fires? Boost. Books and pictures as well as music Also really good. And the surround sound improves the whole immersion experience using DTS Headphone:X spatial audio.Mic Quality? A+, None of that tinny, robotic noise observed in less expensive headphones; the detachable noise-cancelling mic is quite clear. My colleagues saw right away a difference.✔ DTS surround sound improves the experience ✔ High-quality microphone free of background noise ✔ Superior comfort for extended wear ✔ Immersive sound for gaming and media ✔. Like PC, PS5, and Xbox.😌 Cons:Wired, but the quality offsets that.The HyperX Cloud III is certainly worth the money if you desire a premium, no-frills gaming headset that performs on all fronts. I would buy once again in a pulse. 🎧✨

I bought a pair of these May 2017 and the only reason I remember that date is because Amazon tells me when I look at them.They were the first headset I bought myself that I paid "silly price" for as my mum would say and that was even discounted but there's a good reason for that, they're really good quality.They're very comfortable (as someone that wears glasses, headphones usually pose a problem but I've never experienced discomfort wearing these)The Audio quality is astounding, crystal clear, good bass and after a while you can tell when surround sound isn't enabled.The mic was pretty good quality however I ran into a problem after a few months where there would be static or a buzzing on the mic, I put this down to the fact that when I wasn't using the mic I would unplug it and the port must have just been worn out? I'm not too sure but I would just suggest not unplugging it all the time like I did.5 years later the headset is still working perfectly however as you can imagine the daily ware and tear has taken its toll on these poor things and I'm not a light user. Over those five years they have been used anywhere from 4 hours a day to over 12 and these are some of the issues I've only just encountered in the last couple of months;The leather on the ear cushions began peeling and I would find it on my desk, in my hair, on the floor so I had to remove them and replace them with the fabric ones that come in the box. Still very comfortable but I have to spend a bit of time pulling stray hairs and random fuzz out of them, anybody that's ever owned fake leather knows that this happens after a while even if you take good care of it.The Audio Control box still works but would cause a static disruption over what I was listening to from time to time, I put this down to ware and tear of over 5 years of use but also I would unplug the headset regularly so that I could use it on my phone or plug into my playstation controller. I had to stop using it and now my headset plugs directly into a port on my pc, still sound great but don't really have the easy volume functions anymore.All in all this is a really great headset for a decent price and if you take decent care of your belongings it could last you a decent amount of time. I'm just leaving this review now because they were so good I'm getting a new pair as a replacement so I can retire these old ones.

The build quality feels rock-solid, just like the Cloud II, but with an even sleeker design. The new 10mm mic is super clear—my teammates immediately noticed the improvement in voice clarity.Connectivity is also super flexible with USB-C, USB-A, and 3.5mm options. Whether I'm using it on my PC, PS5, or Xbox, it works flawlessly.If you're considering upgrading from the Cloud II, do it—the Cloud III is a fantastic headset. I highly recommend it!

I bought this headset to use mainly at work but also for occasional gaming. I struggle with basic work headsets as they don’t have great noise cancellation, plus I liked the white and these looked more comfortable.The sound is really good and noise cancellation works well, although not as good as my AirPods. The mic is excellent quality. My only reason for returning is that they are too bulky for me to wear at work all day, plus people can hear music when I play it at medium volume which I do in between my calls while working. I would have kept them for about £50 but just can’t justify £120 for headset that isn’t perfect for me. If you don’t mind a bulky headset then I’d recommend.
