Q: What's the shortest height from waist to feet?? I'm 5ft and would need something around 23-25 inches high.

The part where your foot rests moves pretty well to adjust from person to person. I’m 6’1” and my wife is 5’4” and my daughter is 4’8” and we all use it everyday. It’s become one of our favorite core pieces.

Q: Is it difficult to do glute biased extensions with the bench there? Even in the decline position?

You can get a good glute extension. With the bench in the down position you will only get about 45 degrees of bend at the hip joint.

Q: What is the height from waist to feet to be able to use this machine for leaning over the front

It is adjustable and fits a variety of heights.
