Not the best
It gives good arch support. But not heel support pr comfort if that is where you have the most pain from your plantar fasciitis like myself. Wore them for 4 hours and my heels hurt so bad in my timberland boots. I work 12 hour shifts as a emt and these dis not give the relief I was hoping for

They are kind of thick...unable to wear with my sneakers which I bought them for.
