The only things getting me through pregnancy
So grateful to find something with such clean ingredients that helps me stay hydrated. Easily dissolves and all the flavors taste great, I truly can’t pick a favorite. Could be a little less sweet for my taste but not a biggie. Be warned because they are naturally pigmented that they will stain clear reusable straws (like for a Stanley)

Now with monk fruit and aftertaste
I used these through my pregnancy and after. They were great because they were the only ones without added sugar or sugar substitutes. My most recent box I kept getting a weird aftertaste and wasn’t sure why. Today I looked and they’ve added monk fruit. Now they taste terrible. I wish they hadn’t because I loved them being truly sugar free. Check the ingredients if you’ve been buying these before repurchasing. :’-(

Not too sweet, feel hydrated after. Used daily while pregnant/BF
Favorite electrolyte powder I’ve tried. Some are so artificially sweet tasting, but this is pretty crisp and clean tasting. I like the variety pack as all flavors taste good (lime, lemon, grapefruit). Dissolves very easily, usually I just pour powder in the glass then add water from the faucet and it’s good to go. I used daily while pregnant and breastfeeding, and really felt better after. Don’t feel like I need it often anymore. My toddler likes the taste and will drink small amounts when I do pull it out.

4 Stars – Clean ingredients, pregnancy-safe, but pricey and slow to mix
I really enjoyed these hydration packets overall, especially for the peace of mind they offer during TTC and pregnancy. The ingredients are simple and clean, which was a huge priority for me, and I love that they’re specifically formulated to be pregnancy-safe. The taste is actually really nice—not overly salty like some electrolyte mixes, and not super artificial either. That said, don’t expect something like Liquid IV. The flavor is definitely more “minerally.” Not bad at all, just more subtle and less sweet. My biggest complaint is how they mix. Sometimes the powder doesn’t dissolve right away, and you end up with clumps—which honestly taste like licking a salt block 😅. Shaking helps, but it’s still not perfect. Also, in a 40oz water bottle, I found I needed two packets to get a noticeable flavor, which made this pretty expensive over time. That’s really what knocked it down to 4 stars for me. You’re definitely paying for quality ingredients, but it adds up quickly. I did notice a slight energy boost (nothing overwhelming), and I think these would be especially helpful during pregnancy for hydration and even nausea support. Packaging is great too—comes in a nice box that keeps everything organized, and each packet is well-sealed. Bottom line: Great clean, pregnancy-safe electrolyte option with a mild taste—but higher cost and mixing issues make it less ideal for everyday use. I’d likely switch back during pregnancy, but for now, while TTC, I needed a more budget-friendly option.

Bleh taste...
I really wanted to like these because of the high price I paid and clean label, however the taste is actually awful. There's like no flavor, but a nasty taste at the same time. I'm not even pregnant anymore and still couldn't tolerate the taste, so I can't imagine trying to drink it if I was nauseous. I was really disappointed considering I couldn't return it either.. so do with this information what you will, but all the flavors were just bleh for me. I would search for other electrolyte replacement options..

Clean Sugar-Free Ingredients!
I suffered from horrible morning sickness and was not getting proper fluids. I LOATHE sugars and artificial sweeteners, and I especially loathe stevia. Yes, these taste like salt, but it's not a big deal, get over it. Sugar is poison and these are sugar-free. I didn't mind the flavors. The only issue I had with these is as I entered the end of my second trimester and now am in my third, these exacerbate my heartburn so I stopped using them. I like all flavors. Grapefruit gave me the least amount of heartburn. I definitely recommend them because of the clean, sugar-free ingredients and I did feel good after drinking them. I feel guilty about the packaging and the price is a wee high.

Flavors taste bad
Not sure if it’s just me but the flavors are bad tases like I’m drinking chlorine or something, bought it to stay hydrated during pregnancy but couldn’t drink it and now postpartum tried it again though maybe it was just pregnancy that made me sensitive to taste but no still horrible even if I mix it with juice it just ruins the whole drink flavor

Tastes like colonoscopy prep
This tastes exactly like colonoscopy prep. I had high hopes for this but boy should I have read the other one star reviews first. Absolutely vile and undrinkable. Do not buy. Make your own Gatorade with filtered water, lemon juice, and salt and don’t waste your money on this.
