I’ve tried a lot of different supplements, but AshwaMag really stands out. The blend of ashwagandha, magnesium, zinc, B6, and D3 is exactly what I needed. Within a few days, I noticed I was sleeping better and felt more calm during the day. My energy levels are more stable too, no more afternoon crashes. I love that it’s all-in-one and doesn’t upset my stomach.

I purchased for my son who suffers with anxiety and depression. He is currently on medication for these issues. This product had an interaction and made him suicidal. Police were called to his apartment for a wellness check. PLEASE USE WITH CAUTION!
