Having read some of the reviews, one in particular the person saying she was a size 12 and bought the large which fitted her perfectly I went with the same. I am also a size 12 and was going to go for the medium - glad I didn't as the large fit just right.

Im normally a size 12; ordered the large and they fit perfectly. They are well made and comfortable.

I realised once I open them that they are not period Swimwear they are in fact just simple bikini bottoms which was misleading by the name and the product I was searching for. So double check it’s what you want before buying

I got these to wear for when I play sports to assist with bladder control. I usually wear a pad and thought these might be more comfortable. The pants are comfy however I was surprised at the lack of padding, there isn’t any! It’s a plastic layer between two bits of fabric. This is fine for what I need it for but as a period pant I wouldn’t wear them. They also make a rustling sound when you move because of the plastic.I have some bodyform period pants that I use for sleeping in at night when I’m on and those are much better for a heavy flow. They have absorbent layers that these are missing.These would be ok for spotting or very light flow.
