Update: I have had a week's excellent sleep with this pillow. It stays perfectly supportive and because it is queen size it has enough room for me to rest both wrists comfortably. I thought initially it might be too low for side sleeping but I was wrong, the 3" is perfect for me, even with my finnicky post-injury neck. I have tried so many memory foam and cervical pillows and been disappointed! This pillow really works for me. Original: This pillow is really plush and comfortable! It stays so cool I'd almost call it cold when you first start using it. It does compress a bit as you use it, which should be expected with memory foam. I got the 3" width and it is very comfortable for sleeping on your back, seemed a little low for side sleeping to me. It is a bit heavy but to be expected with quality memory foam. I have tried many pillows and this is really the best quality memory foam pillow I've found.

This is a good pillow even if it didn't work for my needs. I was trying to add some height to another pillow and it was unfortunately just a tad too high. This was the shortest height I could find. The pillow filled out nicely after taking it out of the package and it didn't have any weird smells. It's soft but holds its shape. I actually haven't given it up yet since I like it! I might just use it to add a light layer to my other pillows when I sit up in bed. Even though I'm not using this for the purpose I intended, I'm still giving it five stars because it is exactly as described. I would recommend! Update: Well, I'm back because I just bought a second one of these. I had moved on to trying Serta pillows which worked fabulously for one night but brought some neck stiffness and interrupted sleep the following nights. Out of desperation one night, I folded this in half and used it that way and slept better than I had in a while. Seems like the height with two 1.75" pillows works well for my neck so I decided to buy a second one to stack on top of the first. We'll see how it goes! I kept the Serta pillows because they're pretty amazing otherwise and use those for my back when I'm hanging out in bed and one of these on the end is perfect.

I had originally purchased my child a 5-in memory foam pillow. He liked it but I noticed his neck was bent up when he laid on his back. Chin almost touching his chest. Although he claimed it was still comfortable. I purchased this pillow the 3.25 in. Now when he lays on his back his spine is a line correctly. And he loves the cooling effect, and says the pillow is very comfortable.

I have ordered several thin pillows on my search for a perfect pillow for me. I'm going to rank the ones I bought according to firmness levels so others will have an easier time deciding which is right for them. I have neck issues and sleep on my back and prefer a thinner pillow. Those 5 inch thick pillows don't work for me. I wanted a slim memory foam pillow that was supportive but still soft. I have ordered 4 pillows and an insert from Amazon and wanted to share my opinions and offer my view of firmness of each pillow. The worst part of ordering pillows from Amazon is you have no idea how soft or firm any are in relation to the others. I have purchased the Iwacool 3.6 inch, D Light 3.25 inch, the Bluewave 3.25 inch, and the blissbury 2.6 inch. I also bought a 1 inch LOFE insert. Of the 4 brands, the Iwacool is the firmest. It offers great support but you do not sink into the pillow hardly at all. It is very firm and would be the best pillow for side sleepers. It is comfortable and works good but is a little too firm for me. The blissbury was by far the softest and most giving and didn't offer much support. My head bottomed out on the pillow when I laid on it. In Blissbury's defense, I purchased the 2.6 inch instead of the 3.6 and it was too thin for me. I purchased the 1 inch LOFE insert and it feels better now that it is a little thicker (LOFE insert was soft and supportive and helped keep it from bottoming out). The other two brands are right in the middle of these two. The D light offers more support and is a little firmer than the Bluewave. The Bluewave feels the most comfortable of all the pillows I bought. It feels wonderful on your head, with enough give to make you comfortable without sinking in and bottoming out. The D light was a little bit more supportive but not as soft as the Bluewave. I liked the feel of the Bluewave because it springs back quicker than most memory foam pillows and gives the perfect mix of softness and support. My neck on the other hand, liked the D light the most because of the extra support in the neck area. I will continue to try all of them to see which one works best in the end. Each pillow has a different level of firmness, and I thought it would be helpful to explain the different levels for each brand. The Iwacool is firmest. The D light is next being firm but still soft, for a perfect mix. Then the Bluewave which felt like laying on a cloud, wonderfully soft but not as supportive as the others. The blissbury was the thinnest and weakest and bottomed out pretty easy but would probably be better if the thicker one was ordered.

Great product and it works the way I had hoped it would. I'm 83 years old and would wake up each morning with a stiff neck along with some pain if I move my head a certain way. I chose this product because if it didn't work the way I had hoped, I wouldn't be out much money and because AMAZON offered same day delivery. The product works the way I had hoped, neck stiffness greatly reduced, posture greatly improved, better, longer hours of sleep at night. I'm really happy with the product and the results. BTW-- so far, I've only used it while sleeping on my recliner.

I got the 1.75” thickness and it adds the perfect height to use with my other favorite pillow. I’m a side and stomach sleeper and get neck and shoulder pain when I wake up due to not having a comfortable pillow height. This flat pillow works great for me. The pillow itself is soft but not too soft.

Too thin even more than it’s says , but the quality it’s good .. does not have bad smell , I think value the money I spend .. just to let you now it’s very thin..

LOVE THIS PILLOW!! Tried a bunch of different ones but then realized I needed a slim pillow and after one night, my neck and shoulders felt great and overall sleep improved ten fold. Highly recommend! Super comfy and cool. A+++

Das Kissen ist sehr flach und dadurch ideal für Bauch- und Rückenschläfer. Es liegt angenehm und fühlt sich kühlend an, was den Schlafkomfort deutlich verbessert. Wichtig zu beachten: Das Kissen nicht waschen. Bei mir ist dabei leider das Innenleben kaputt gegangen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Kissen – klare Empfehlung!

It's not an exaggeration to say this pillow has massively improved my quality of sleep. I have been waking with neck and shoulder pain for years, I've tried other standard pillows in varying levels of firmness, tried different sleep positions but I always end up on my front while asleep with my spine curved in an unnatural shape. With this ultra thin, cooling pillow I am comfortable in any sleep position, my spine is aligned and I'm waking up without any pain! Also there is no need to flip the pillow over in the night to get the cold side as it's always cool! Genius! If you are having any shoulder or neck pain I would definitely recommend giving this pillow a try. I was going to buy a very expensive pillow so I'm so pleased I gave this a try first.

This has been the best pillow that I have tried. I have a neck injury and this pillow offers the firm yet softness that I need to support my neck and to be comfortable at the same time. The cooling case is a nice add. There is no smell to memory foam like other products from other sellers I have tried. My son has ankylosis spondylitis and this pillow has also been the only one he has tried that has given him any type of relief at night. Amazing product and I would highly recommend.
