Really impressed with this machine. Simple to set up and use. Using cold bottled water gets the best results for your ice. The little scoop and ice storage bags which hold 3kg of ice were a nice extra touch.Would recommend

Brilliant for hot days when needing a cold drink fast. Makes hollow ice cubes easily. Just take the basket out pour water to the max line, put the basket back in. Press the size ice you'd like and hey presto...

Best thing we have bought this year, makes ice in 6 mins and is very quite, totally easy to use. Will save us a fortune as we bought ice weekly. Only negative is that I personally think the ice cubes even on large setting are small, but saying that we just add extra to drinks.

Bit slower when reading the comments they said lots of ice under 6mins but I actually takes a bit longer than that but other than that good quality

Not sure to start with as the first ice cubes/ bullets were smallish but once it gets going it churns out decent size bullets in no time at all. after 30 minutes we had enough to fill the ice bucket and it kept going. Overall a nice tidy addition to the boat and quite quiet.

Quick and efficient ice ready to use in under 15 minutes

While an ice machine may not be a necessity for most people, my ice was going though a bag of ice a day. Even during winter. We previously had a refurb that lasted 4 years so thought we'd go brand new. This one lasted 1 year and now has stopped working.Until that point it worked really well making the ice. The self clean feature was a complete waist of time though.

I bought this ice maker as the one we previously owned for the last 3 years developed a slight leak. We use it quite a lot so rather than try to repair the old one i decided to replace it with a newer model.Delivery was great and it arrived well packaged and sealed, once unpacked it was clear that the external dimensions were less than our old machine, as we carry it around in our motorhome as well as keeping it on the counter top in the kitchen that was a big plus for us. The second thing to mention is that it has a handle, again big plus points for us although if you aren’t going to move it about you don’t have to fit the handle, the choice is yours.It produces ice in six or seven minutes from the time you fill the tank and turn it on and it will keep on producing it until it either requires topping up with water or the ice fills the holding basket, both of these things will take some time.It is quite noisy, both the fans that are required to draw cool air in and blow the hot air out make noise, it’s much louder than a fridge but it’s not overpowering and then there is the clatter as ice is transferred from the working section to the holding basket every six minutes or so.It doesn’t make cubes, I don’t think any do, they are more the shape of a bullet but they are perfectly adequate to pop into your favourite tippleAs a bonus the last time I bought one of these in 2021 I paid over £140 this machine was under £70 so I was very happy with that. If this lasts as long as its predecessor i will be very happy
