Bad Experience with This Product
I purchased this phone cable about a month ago, and unfortunately, it has already stopped working. I expected better durability for the price, but this turned out to be a waste of money. It worked fine initially, but now it doesn’t charge or connect properly. Very disappointed with the quality. Not recommended.

Worst Cable & Worst Customer Service - Avoid at All Costs!
I ordered this Sounce Type-C to C cable from Amazon, and it was delivered on 21st April. Just after a few days, the Type-C plug broke while unplugging it from my phone and got stuck in my phone’s charging port. It was very risky and frustrating to remove. I paid around ₹250 including delivery charges, and the quality was extremely poor.A card was included in the package claiming to provide warranty support, but when I scanned the QR code, it didn’t work – just false promises.I even tried contacting Sounce customer care on WhatsApp on 21st April (Monday) – no response. Then I followed up again on 23rd May – still no reply. Finally, they responded on 3rd June – that too after over a month of silence! What kind of service is this?After this horrible experience, I bought a U&I Type-C cable for ₹230, and it’s working smoothly till now. Much better than this Sounce product.Please, don’t waste your money on this cable. Go for original Samsung cables, or even better budget brands – but never choose this one. Terrible product + worst customer support = regret.
