Fluker'sDeep Thermal Heat Lamp for Reptiles with Carbon Infrared Technology, for All Reptile Tanks, Great for Basking, 75 Watt

These are my favorite product for heating! These work so much better than a ceramic heater at actually getting heat deep into a tank. These are amazing for night time heat and supplemental heat. If you don’t want to run 2 heat lamps, I run a lower watt basking bulb with one of these. Works amazing and last. I have one that has been going for a year. Worth every penny! Fit in any heat lamp as they are very compact.

Really love this I will be buying more I'd like to have one in each of my beardies tanks they truly allow ur baby to get multiple types of rays so deep heat penetration which is great for their muscles

Go up a size wattage-wise unless you have other heat sources in your tank already. On their own, the bulbs don't quite achieve the heat levels indicated in the product chart. I followed the chart to help me decide what wattage to order and was barely getting 75 F in the basking spot...which is too low for a reptile.Otherwise, this is a good quality bulb. I used it with a dimming thermostat and it worked fine. I just need higher wattage bulb.

I had been using the Arcadia deep heat projector (80 watt) and I quickly realized that I still needed to use additional heating sources to keep my ball python’s terrarium at a good temperature. It barely put a dent in the temperature and it was more expensive.This Flukers deep heat lamp quickly warmed my entire 4x2x2 enclosure. I have all of my heating elements on dimming thermostats and this has no issue keeping up with the thermostat settings. Really wish I had went with this one in the first place especially since I already have the Fluker’s domes. We’ll see how long the lifespan is. There is a visible light emitted compared to the Arcadia but this one claims that it’s not visible for reptiles so hopefully that’s the case.My snake immediately started basking under this one and I’ve never seen her bask with the other. She loves it!

The media could not be loaded. I like the heat lamp, it keeps my warm side at a pretty good ambience for my ball python. He also has a heat lamp to make up for the heat difference. His size tank is a huge 40 gallon, made keeping the heat up difficult til I got this heat lamp. Good value, I've had it for a month now and it doesn't burn out like the basking lights I used to have. It has no light, just heat. It's a good size for the 40 gal tank. You can kind of see the thermometer I took a pic of, had it at 85° at the moment, ignore the high humidity I had just refreshed his substrate with water it spikes the humidity for a while.This lamp was recommended to me by a ball python keeper group on Facebook, and I have been pleased so far. Khan the ball python has been healthy and has good digestion so far.

I love this company! Great products like this warming lamp. We use it for a community cat that adopted us several years ago. She sleeps in our garage at night. We made her a mighty hut using two think cardboard boxes that we lined with three layers of styrofoam sheets all around the sides. We cut a round opening using a salad plate to measure it. The heating lamp hangs just in front and off to the side a bit. It’s a relief to us that she’s warm and cozy in her might hut!
