I love these barbell clamps! It's a great product that can be adjusted to fit the bar. I’ve bought other clamps in the past that weren’t adjustable and didn’t fit the bar correctly which created a hazard. These clamps are so quick & easy to use and secure the bar safely. Not to mention, the price was really reasonable too.

Not sure about this. It’s plastic and seems pretty weak every time you close it. I feel like it’s going to break. It’s been holding up so far. I’ll give it 5 stars after a month if it’s still working

These barbell clips worked perfectly. I loved the design, the tightening system and the available inserts made for a perfect fit on my Sawyer canoe. I am really happy about them. That said, keep in mind that I am not using them for weights, but I bought them for keeping a canoe tractor seat locked in position, thus they are not under any kind of strain as in holding barbells. Nonetheless, for the scope I bought them, they are absolutely perfect.

I have a bench press rack that had very short spotter arms. I wanted larger spotter arms to be able to use it for squats and bench press and to make the rack more stable. I build the arms from 2x4's and used 3/4" galvanized pipe (outside diameter a little over an inch). While these work well to fit in the rack and in the supports I built I needed some way to better secure the pipe to the rack supports. I tried some 1" barbell clamps but they would not fit the pipe so I tried these since they have dimensions that can exceed 1" and these work perfectly. They secure the pipe and the spotter arms to the rack making it more secure and eliminates any movement or rattle. While I used these for 3/4 inch pipe and they worked perfectly, I am sure that for barbells they would also work very well. I was glad I came across these.

I purchased these a few weeks ago . I used them twice and the second time using , the threaded piece just snapped . Upon further investigating and inspection on why it failed I found the main threaded bolt that holds it all together is made of a very cheap thin plastic . At first glance it is grey silver color and resembles a metal threaded bolt . Look elsewhere for a better solution to clamping your weighted bar or you will be sorry !

I really like the ease of use. Holds everything in place but one of the sleeves, the clip that keeps it in place broke after 2 uses. I can still use the sleeve.

I inherited a weight set from my sister-in-law, which came with old-fashioned clips that were time consuming to take on and off. These are much quicker and easier, and the inserts fit different sizes of bars nicely. The bars I have are all supposed to be the same size, but they vary slightly in width, so I wanted to get clips that were easy to adjust. These work very well. They hold the weights securely. They are a little cumbersome if you loosen them too much and have to re-insert the screw, but if you pay attention when you are loosening the screw this shouldn't be a problem. I will probably order more to replace the rest of the clips in my weights.

was looking for 1 inch clamps and thought these would be better than others because of their price. They're not. Cheap plastic material. Even the screw is plastic !!!! Who puts a plastic screw on something like this !!! Paid around 27 dollars for them. Complete waste of money. The first time I tried to secure one the clamps, the screw came apart and the spring caused it to jump away from the clasp. Almost broke my TV screen. Look for heavy duty metal clamps somewhere else. You don't want these coming off during training.
