I bought these to light my Star Wars mannequins. Didn’t want spotlights or to harsh lighting as I sit in the room with them. So I opted for these as I can place them where I want. Decided to put them at the rear for a more ambiance. The remote works well and there is a decent range of colours to choose from. The pucks have a frosted Perspex cover giving a more diffused light look

had a similar set of these lights in my cabinet, so ordered these ones which are near exactly the same, my old ones stopped working so got these to replace them, it turns out there is nothing wrong with the lights, either the power adaptor or splitter packed in, these lights are on continuously and are just over 2 years old and still working great, never had any issues with them at all, so i now have 4 spare lights which will come in handy if the others stop working, i don't know if you can buy adaptors or splitters separately , need to have a look, but i can recommend these.
