NRG Innovations SRK-250BK Quick Release Kit (Black/Black Ring with Finger Grooves), Gen 2.5

Good solid quick release steering wheel hub. Reasonable price for quality. Steering wheel is secure and tight. You need a hub adapter to match your car. Combination of hub adapter & QR hub may put the steering wheel closer to driver, some hub adapters are available with short hub adapter for some cars. My 944 hub adapter (Sparco) was not a "short" version but it was not a problem. Could use better instructions for all the components provided, the horn button wiring, & for general install info. There are several wires (some connected, some loose) with different connectors, a couple of rings with tabs, extra set of screws, and some adapters & spacers...none of which are really explained in the instructions. If you plan to retain your horn function the horn wiring is particularly aggravating, with all the wires with connectors that were provided I still had to replace one of the connectors. It is not really complicated, and anyone with some mechanical ability (and maybe a multi-meter) can figure it out, but it would be nice to at least indicate what a part is for, if you are going to include it in the packaging.

Easy to install. Seemed to be a good product but I only got the chance to drive with it once. Worked wonderfully for getting the steering wheel out of my s13 so I could get in and out with my extremely long legs easier. Just took out the safety button like a lot of others have for ease of use before installing because it's a bit small for what it is and would've been a headache

I mounted this with an NRG adaptor and steering wheel on my 2021 CanAm Maverick Sport 100R XRC. It works well and looks great and everyone is impressed. And when I park my unit, it's a lot harder to steal without a steering wheel.

Very solid construction with no play. Comes with plenty of paperwork, a catalog and some decal stickers. Also includes 6 M5-80x20 flat hex screws to attach to any 6 hole hub. The mechanism to release the steering wheel is quite tedious only since you have to be pushing a safety pin at the same time. Removing a simple M2 hex screw securing that pin will make your quick release 10x better as it makes detaching your wheel with ease, but still holds all its previous quality strength. Well recommended for any 6 hole hub/wheel combos that intrest someones need in quick removal of the steering wheel!

You will need the correct adapter for your vehicle application. The fitment was very nice and the materials are good quality.

This quick release is great. It does everything it's supposed to. I am taking off one star simply because I'm OCD and it slightly bothers me that the "paddles" can easily rotate left and right. It only happens when connecting and disconnecting from the hub adapter. And you can easily rotate the paddles back to where they're supposed to be. But other than that, completely satisfied with this product.

Installed on my 1993 Toyota Camry and everything fits and functions great.

The quick release 2.5 works as expected. Bolted up to the slim hub and my Momo steering wheel with out any hiccups.
