Clothes Drying Rack ULLR770G01

I am extremely pleased with this drying rack! It was very well packaged, with all the parts in separate bags and well marked. The instructions were easy to follow and the bars were easy to attach to the frame. I really like the wide width, and was really surprised at the height...it is almost as tall as I am! It seems very stable which is a huge improvement over my old, rickety wooden rack. It is easy to fold down and then back up again when it is needed.This was not the rack that I originally wanted but I am so g!ad it was out of stock and I found this one instead! This rack is larger and will hold heavier loads of wet laundry. This company provided the weight capacity and more information in their item description than other companies listed, and this really helped me make my decision to buy this rack. I look for to using it for a very long time!

This is by far one of the strongest clothes rack I have ever owned. It folds up nicely for storage.

Almost perfect. Great value for the money. So easy to put together. I assume it is collapsible to put away but it is not foldable. Very sturdy and can hold a lot of clothes.

I really like this except I purchased in March & now almost all the bars are broken. After the 1st bar broke, I reduced the number of items I put on the rack. Yet, more bars broke. Perhaps your company is concerned with fraudulent retnrs or complants. That is not me. If you will pay for me to return your defective item, it could benefit your product design to review the numerous defects. But no satisfactory offer has been made, so I give up. Your company took my money, exhaused me through this replacement or refund request which is probably the goal.I'm a real person, a real customer writing you.
