Live in a city. Need I say more? Have had this for a short time. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Quick filtration (about 2-3 hours) Ceramic filters are easy to prepare and install. We use 2 in the travel unit. Have a tiny kitchen and the travel size fits great. Lasts two adults 2-3 days before we need to refill. Cheaper and better than bottled water. Capacity is superior to the Britta Filter pitcher we were using. And the water tastes great - also better than the Britta filtered water. My hubby just naturally commented on it tasting great every time he drank it the first week! I think it was worth it BUT I haven’t had the water tested to confirm it’s removing everything it says it does. But boy it sure tastes different…. And in a delicious pure clean way to us!

Super easy to put together and the water tastes great. I got the single filter option but I like that there is the option to place a second filter, too (just pull out the little plug). This unit is light and portable and we can take it with us when we move on to the next rental. Really like it. Ideal for up to two people.

This product works amazingly but the only problem is that it leaks when the bottom is full while there is remaining unfiltered water in the top.

We wanted to stop using plastic water bottles & get some type of home filtration system. We looked at all of our options. While reverse osmosis has excellent results - it's known to have to use 4 x the amount of water to make a gallon of filtered reverse osmosis water. Plus, if one's electricity is out & no generator backup - out of luck & would need non-electric backup for it like a gravity filter system (GFS's) anyway.After reviewing all of our options and methods (including ALL GFS brands) - we went ahead with ordering the ProOne Traveler system & we're glad we did. The directions for install & prepping the ProOne were clear in the supplied pamphlet. (Don't skip the keys to a good setup which include scrubbing the filters with the supplied sponge with clear water for 2 mins being careful not to put water through the output tube. Also, running 2to 3 passes of water through before you drink which is key to get best taste).Only issue we had was the filter was shipped without one of the white washer's. But, as other reviewers have stated here - the customer support for ProOne on this site was incredible - sent the part right away. So they absolutely do back up the product! Been using in for the last 2 days & excellent with great tasting water. I will update this review if there is any major issue (which I don't expect). It is a definite 5 stars!!

Do not buy this product. It does not work. Water taste horrible. I was late by two week due to travel and vendor and Amazon both pointed fingers and couldn't return the product. Again don't buy this product - it doesn't work.I am also very dis-appointed with Amazon. Called them five times and every time the person said there system doesn't work and call back. Amazon service has gone down.

The water system was very well packaged and setting it up was pretty straightforward. The instructions do have you filtering 2 gallons of water before using which is okay because I watered plants with the water instead of pouring it down the drain. I will be going directly through the ProOne company and ordering the faucet that shows how much is in the bottom part. Having the unit right next to the sink helps when filling the top section. This is an extremely great value for having clean water easily at hand.

Works great. Water has less taste and hopefully less harmful ingredients. Used to filter well water. We use the standard spigot and just lift up the upper container to check levels (not that hard to do). Fill it up at night before bed and have 2.5 gallons of water ready to go in the morning. Plus, we took advantage of a pre-Christmas sale.

Easy to assemble, and works wonderfully. Bought 2 one for daughters family, one for us. Got plenty of filters to last a few years, that I added to my order. Bought for in case of emergencies. Never know when you'll need water, and this unit is just as good as a Berkley, but less expensive. Highly recommended!
