Pictures do not do this iron justice. This is a professional-grade heavy-duty machine from a famous brand that has been around forever. Feels solid and screams very well made. All the buttons and switches are tight. The cord wrap is not flimsy. I can't imagine wanting to buy an $80-dollar iron if this one is available. This is a very hot iron, so you will not want to drop it on carpeted floor.

I haven’t owned her out an iron in years. So this is the first one I bought in a long time. But it worked perfectly to press out of wrinkle in a jacket I had just purchased for speaking engagement. It worked it worked good and I like it.

I like this iron. I would have given it five stars but the cord is a little too short and I do have to finagle the retractable cord back into the casing, which is a bother. Still, the unit works very well, has a good steam and spray feature and is easy to clean. Definitely recommend.

Avoid at all costs, seems as if I was sold a refurbished unit as new, cord does not recoil when pushing the button, bulky iron- seems unstable, the water leaks all the time, the dial needs a magnifying glass to read, you can not see the water level by looking at a very opaque iron body......total waste of time and money.

I had a much older version of this iron that I loved. It got dropped onto concrete and, as expected, pooped out, as a result of my fault and not the product. So, I found this newer version of the same. It is even better. The retractable cord design makes storage quicker and easier. The temperature mechanism is easy to use and accurate. It is lightweight enough so I don’t tire out using it, yet heavy enough to press heavy fabrics. The old one had lasted a really long time before I broke it. That’s why I ordered the same, once again. And I am not sorry one bit!

The cord does not go all the way. Have to push it back but still does not go in all the way.

Beat iron I’ve ever bought in all my years of purchasing iron, it’s easily get out the crush from ur clothes and no matter how hot it gets it’s hard to burn your clothes. You won’t. W sorry you made this purchase .
