I’ve been bothered by terrible leg craps at night that wake me and I have to endure these craps for approximately 30 minutes per episode. Easy to swallow. I took them for a few weeks, hoping they'd help me sleep. I didn't notice a difference though. Maybe I bought the wrong kind. That's on me. Nothing wrong with the pills.

I think this is a great product, it helps me sleep better and helps with regular bowel movement. And the price is great. I will definitely buy again.
