VTech Switch & Go 2-in-1 Spino Speedster

If you have a 3-to-6-year old, these Switch and Go toys from Vtech are awesome! I got this for $22 and free delivery. For that price, this is probably the best value I've ever gotten with a toy. IT IS AWESOME! First of all, you get 2 toys in one. They are 2 dinosaurs that can connect together. One is a spinosaurus and the other is a pterodactyl. The spinosaurus can change into a small car, while the pterodactyl pretty much remains the same, but when you connect the two together they for a big car that can also become a car with wings. There are quite a few options which makes this awesome for kids. Their imagination can go wild. They're also super easy to change from one form to the other, so they won't need any help changing it from dinosaur to car. It's also very strong. My little man has dropped these, smashed them together and more, but they're still perfectly fine. In addition to that, they also have sounds! The sounds are only on the Spinosaurus, but that's no big deal. When they connect together, there's an awesome connect sound, then there are car sounds and dinosaur sounds and some cool phrases. If you can get this under $30 then it's a steal. I highly recommend it. We had visitors and their daughter saw it and never stopped playing with it all day. Now we're collecting all the Switch and Go Dinosaurs because they're awesome!

My son loved it. Great toy! Easy to use and fun!

Purchased as a gift. My nephew loved it. He fidgets a lot and this gives him something to fidget/play with for a good while. The quality and size of the toy is great for the asking price. Cons: packaging was not very presentable. It was a little beat up while the shipping box was intact.

My grandson loves it

This is our second one. Bought it for our grandson and the tail on the spinosauras wouldn't stay down. Bought a second one and it still won't stay. Grandson decided to keep it anyway, but was disappointed that it won't work right.

A friend of ours has these and they are well loved! My son was very excited to get them. The orange/black car, however, doesn't latch. Frustrating when playing with. That box was destroyed by the dog upon opening so I guess we need to be flexible thinkers. It doesn't stay in car mode, the second you let go of it it pops into a dinosaur. I appreciate the volume control, love that they connect to a larger creature. Wish it wasn't defective.

Simply amazing

0 stars if I could. We had bought one for my son. However, the spino’s tail wouldn’t stay down so I thought I’d message the company. The company’s website wouldn’t allow me to report an issue with the product; instead I had to ask a question as if I were a wholesaler. So I left a question under the wholesaler option and Vtech informed me to order a replacement after attempting the generic “solutions” they provided. So I tried those and ultimately ordered a replacement… which had the SAME issue. I piggy backed off the first message to vtech and asked if I was just lucky enough to get two broken products or if there was something I wasn’t aware of and received almost the exact same instructions: do it this way and if that doesn’t work then ask for a refund/replacement from the seller. Well… I’ve ordered the first and second product from the vtech store on Amazon, they’re unable to tell me if this is normal or a known issue (or maybe if I’m going something wrong) and just say request a new one from the seller (which is them). So I’ve got a 0 star product with some 0 star customer service. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
