A Man Called Otto [DVD]

I purchased this movie in prime. It was similar to a book I read called A Man Named Ove. The book was on the New York Times best seller list for a while. Tom Hanks is fabulous as Otto. It’s such a beautiful story about an old grump who isn’t a grump at all.Will watch again and again. Would recommend seeing it.

Item was not compatible with any of the systems I own and I was not able to return the product.

This DVD was formatted incorrectly. Wouldn’t play on our DVD player. Was returned.

I read the product information carefully. And thought this was going to work in my DVD player. However, there is a color code ERR. Meaning it will only work in a player that supports European discs. I’ve seen warnings on other products telling me about this. But I didn’t see that on this one.

This is a good movie so thought I'd buy the DVD which I did in May. Went to watch and get this message "playback not available in your area" what??? Apparently this DVD does not work in the USA and nowhere in the description did I see that. Sadly, it's too late to return and request a refund.

Exited mine came in, but when I tried to watch it my 2 year old DVD / blue ray player could not read the formatting.... it was programmed for places over seas.
