As someone who falls asleep on their tummy, then adjusts to their side and eventually back, this pillow is perfect for any position! Lately I've been noticing my quality of sleep has been declining because I would wake up in the morning and not feel well rested. So I figured maybe a better pillow would help since I was using a generic pillow from Costco. I saw this pillow and figured I'd try this because of the neck support and soft yet sturdy reviews and one of my best decisions this year! Design: The size and shape of this pillow is perfect. I'm 5'0 and my partner is over 6'3 and the pillow is perfect for us (we each have our own). He likes the contour side and I like the flat side but I like the design because you can tailor the pillow to your own comfort! Support: This is my first time using an ergonomic neck support pillow and my god this pillow lives up to that name. I lay my head down and the comfort and support on my neck is a game changer. Sleep Improvement: I've been able to sleep longer, better, and louder (according to my partner) because of this pillow. I've always struggled falling asleep on my back but this pillow makes it much easier to do so! (Yay less wrinkles) This pillow falls into self care for me and no amount of skin care will make up for low sleep quality and this pillow has improved my sleep significantly. I stay asleep longer, wake up feeling more rested, and no more neck pain! Warning though, using this pillow will ruin generic pillows going forward XD

For the first time in many years, I slept all night without any disturbance from neck pain. This pillow really works — the memory foam holds its shape instead of flattening out, and I wake up feeling refreshed instead of stiff. I love that it stays cool throughout the night, which makes it much more comfortable than traditional foam pillows. The two ergonomic heights are a fantastic feature — one side is perfect for back sleeping and the other feels just right when I sleep on my side. Whether I switch between positions or stay in one, the support is consistent and helps keep my neck aligned. If you’ve struggled with neck discomfort or restless sleep, this pillow is worth trying — it’s made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality.

If I am sleeping on my side, this pillow is great at supporting my neck; however, it has taken some getting used to on my back as it is thicker than I expected. I am happy to report that I have had little to no neck pain while using this pillow, so I think it was a good investment. It seems to be of good quality, and the materials are comfortable on my face and neck. I have been using it with a silk pillow case, and this keeps my face and neck cool. The length and width are just fine for my needs.

I'm very happy with this pillow. It arrived wrapped inside a box and wrapped tightly in plastic. I unwrapped it from the plastic and there were no odors. I let it sit for 24 hours as instructed then put it to work on my bed. I'm so far very pleased with this pillow. It is every comfortable for side-sleeping and provides great head and neck support. It also remains cool on my head while in use and has the right amount of firmness.

I've used this pillow for nearly a year now, since February 2025. I'm about to order another one for my husband after finally convincing him to try mine, so thought it was worthwhile to leave a review. I've tried a ton of pillows, seeking relief, and this one is by far the best one I've ever owned. I remember it did take some getting used to at first because of the firmness, which, as it turns out, is exactly what I needed. I also started out trying to use it like the photos show, with the higher side under my neck, but that was too high and uncomfortable for me. Since I switched to using the lower side, it's been perfect. My sleep quality has improved tremendously, and so have my neck and back pain and discomfort. So many products claim to help with these issues and fall short, but not this one. I was skeptical because I've bought every kind of pillow out there. This one actually worked for me! And after nearly a year, I can attest to its durability. It's in perfect, like-new condition still. Highly recommend.

Over the last 4 years, I have spent a fortune on pillows looking for one that will not aggravate an already existing shoulder and neck issue. I already have problems with my back, I don't need more persistent head and neck issues. I mean it was so bad that I could open my own pillow business with the money I have spent. I actually had to start throwing brand new pillows in the trash because I had nowhere to put them all, my spare bedrooms were a sea of pillows, I gave so many away too. This pillow is the only one thus far that when I wake up, I notice that there is no added stiffness, pain or discomfort. I will say it is firm, but not too much, but if you are used to a much softer pillow, you will have to get used to that, and you will, it just may take a few days. It will take a few days for anyone to adjust to this type of pillow, just give it a chance . Remember though, no one pillow will treat an already existing condition. The goal is to find something that doesn't irritate what you already have and will provide support. If you have really bad pain, consider your mattress or make some lifestyle changes. Make sure you wash the cover FIRST. I put my own pillowcase over the cover. I saw a review where someone developed a rash, they probably didn't wash it, or it was a return. I found out Amazon accepts and resends returns of this product, so be very careful. That can be extremely dangerous. It should be in new sealed packaging when received. Overall, great support, height is good, the width is fine, It is about standard length maybe slightly longer. For the price, this is a good choice, I recommend it. If I develop a rash or a stiff neck later, I will let you know. UPDATE: About 4 months in and I have not developed rashes or had any new pain as a result . I love this pillow, I won't go anywhere without it. I actually came back to purchase a new one and one for travel.

I got this pillow for Christmas, and my wife tells me that I toss way less at night and that I sleep on my back through the night. Neck pain is gone, and I feel more rested. I've never bought fancy pillows before, but if there's one better than this, I'd be surprised. The only issue I had was that I had to wait 24 hours before Iould use it as it was shrink wrapped.

Forgot my pillow at home and picked this one up while staying with relatives. I have to give major kudos to Polovo’s customer service: they were incredibly prompt and genuinely attentive to any concerns. Truly deserving of 5 stars. The pillow itself is comfortable and has a nice balance of softness and support. The height is a bit taller than what I’m used to, but not enough to take away from the overall experience. I’m very pleased with both the product and the service Polovo provided.
