Past it's shelf life or poorly bottled
Shelf life is typically 6 month for appropriately packaged formaldehyde after it's opened. This arrived with some white precipitants in solution indicating oxidation to formic acid and it has since rapidly degraded in just one month. Poorly bottled, or perhaps I received an old bottle, regardless it's now useless. I won't be ordering again.
