Best strap for a classical guitar I could find.Pros: - Easy on, easy off. Lets face it. If it is difficult to set up I am not going to use it. - Flexible positioning. Holds the guitar at right height and angle for both me and my wife - Looks nice. Doesn't look like you have an ox yoke on. - I am more confident in its hold than using suction cups with a regular guitar strapCons: - You can't let go of the guitar. Not hands free.I also tried the Neotech 8501162 Acoustic Guitar Harness. It is more cumbersome, I couldn't get the guitar in the right position, it is more expansive, and less attractive. This one is better hands down.Other options that are more hands-free: - drill and install pins into the guitar and use regular strap - suction cups with regular strap - custom setup (look at John Jarvie's awesome strap on youtube)

Very comfortable strap and looks good! Better than average for this type of strap. However, the hook that attaches it to the guitar is a problem. My guitar has a cedar top and the material used as “padding” on the inside of the hook is so rough and stiff, it put marks in my soundboard. I will be replacing the “pad” with a nice soft piece of leather before I let it touch any of my guitars again. BTW, the padding on the strap portion that touches the rest of the body of the guitar is excellent. Much better than a bare nylon strap.

This strap is great for me. I don't care if it's not "traditional" to play a classical guitar standing up, I hate sitting down and playing. I felt bad because I was neglecting my nylon string guitar and favoring my steel string just because my steel had a strap. This strap works great, you can stand and play. It doesn't look as fruity as those other nylon guitar straps that make you look like you're ready to bungee-jump off a bridge with tons of straps that criss-cross one another. This is a some-what stylish, but mostly cost-effective strap. It's comfortable and practical.cons: DOES NOT hold guitar flush with body. So if you let your guitar go with both hands, it will fall. This isn't a problem if you're careful. Just remember that it isn't going to catch the guitar, it just makes it so you can play with two hands while standing up- not so you can walk around without holding your guitar.

I can quickly throw this on. It works equally well with my steel string, folk/classical, and acoustic bass guitars. If the instrument is an heirloom then you probably want to pad the hook a little better.

This strap functions just fine. I had hoped for a bit more comfort and padding, the edges of the strap tend to dig in.

While I've played guitar for years, I just started playing classical guitar. The posture with the footstool was killing my back. I decided to try strap, but didn't want a standard steel-string strap as it would require modifications to the guitar. I also didn't want the traditional classical strap that just loops around the neck. This feels more like the steel-string strap and doesn't require modification to the guitar. It feels secure, and fits well. I've seen some reviews that talk about it being too long. I'm 6' and weigh about 210, and it is definitely not too long. It's just right. I can also play much longer without back pain.

Thin and hard to balance your guitar but it works

Works great does not scratch guitar you must understand it will not hold guitar up by itself guitar can rotate outward but with arm over to prevent tipping it is super. No need to use foot stool or in sitting position just like using a regular steel string guitar strap you can stand and walk around.

Works as advertised. Plush, comfortable around neck and shoulder. Would recommend. Nice padding to keep your instrument safe. Is confusing when you first look at it. But once you get the hang works nicely.
